Avant Special Forces 2024

Attending the Avant Special Forces Summit in Phoenix from September 9th to 13th, 2024 was a great experience and I was excited to return as a technology trusted advisor. The keynote speeches by Ian Kieninger and Drew Lydecker, co-founders at Avant, were a central highlight. Their insights into the future for technology advisors set the tone for the event, emphasizing the importance of adapting to rapid technological trends and changes. Drew’s vision for leveraging AI to transform the customer experience was particularly interesting, providing a clear direction for advisors seeking to remain at the forefront of the industry.

AI emerged as the focal point of this year’s summit, especially in sessions such as "ChatGPT & Highlights of a Modern Contact Center." These discussions showcased how AI is revolutionizing customer engagement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing security. The practical tools and strategies shared during these sessions were invaluable, arming me with the knowledge to better guide my clients in implementing AI solutions effectively.

In addition to the AI-focused content, the summit featured over 40 breakout sessions hosted by AVANT Engineers, covering topics from cybersecurity to UCaaS and CCaaS. Experts like Sarah Arnstein offered deep dives into these subjects, highlighting how AI integrates into existing technology ecosystems to improve efficiency and drive business growth.

Returning to the Special Forces Summit for the second time reinforced the value of continuous learning and engagement with industry experts. This year’s focus on AI, coupled with the insights from leaders like Ian and Drew, has significantly enhanced my capabilities as a trusted advisor.
